Introduction to NYC
Perfect for out of town clients, guests, and relatives! Help them to make the most of their visit to the City. Robin will provide a 3-hour or 6-hour introduction to the city's history and the MTA system, as well as provide suggestions for daily outings and activities for the duration of their stay. Tour includes sights in Lower Manhattan and trips through Grand Central Terminal and Times Square while Robin provides historical highlights as well as practical advice about how the transit system and the city operates.
Robin will meet you and your guests at a designated city hotel/residence, or at either Grand Central Terminal or Times Square. Meeting time and place will be confirmed on approval of itinerary. Robin will help you create the perfect tour for your family, friends, guests or clients.
Lower Manhattan:
History of NYC & America
How did this small sliver of an island found an entire country? This tour focuses on the orientation of the land and water and how the confluence of islands, coastal waters, rivers, land/Manhattan Island and the harbor are so relevant to the past, present and future of the city and the country. Tour sights will include: City Hall, Municipal Building, St. Paul's Chapel, World Trade Center 9-11 Memorials, Freedom Tower, Wall Street, Federal Hall Museum, Stock Exchange, Charging Bull, Bowling Green, and Customs House. If time allows a ride on the Staten Island Ferry with views from the harbor of the Statue of Liberty and Lower Manhattan.
Meets at City Hall Park, corner of Broadway and Warren Streets. This walking tour lasts 2 - 3 hours depending on final itinerary, and covers approximately 2- 2.5 miles. This is a family-friendly tour walking at a casual pace. Meeting time will be confirmed at time of reservation.
Museum Mile & Beyond

Equestrian New York
Combining her passions for New York City and all things equestrian, Robin can show you some of the magnificent sculptures, historic traces, and contemporary places where one can still find horses in the city. Robin is always on the lookout for horses in the city and creates tours that include architectural, historical, art, and a few surprising sightings of the urban equine. Tours can include visits to museums for equine art and related artifacts, and on some tours it is possible to visit live equines! This tour is completely customizable to your specific interests.

Horse Racing History
Horse racing and New York City have a long history that continues today at Aqueduct and Belmont Racetracks. On this tour you visit places in City that were once occupied by famous raceways. We will visit the vestiges of the Harlem Speedway in the Heights and nearby homes of wealthy horsemen. If the schedule allows we will travel to the Union Course site in Queens and a visit to one of the city's oldest taverns, Niers. During racing seasons, this tour may conclude at Belmont Racetrack for afternoon races. This tour requires subway and/or train rides, walking and/or taxi depending on final itinerary.
